Our Family Law Team are able to assist you if you wish to end your marriage by starting divorce proceedings. Divorce is a paper based process and once you receive the Decree Absolute (the final stage in the divorce) you will no longer be married, although there may still be other issues that need resolving such as your financial claims or making arrangements for children.

Sometimes people do not wish to formalise their separation by divorce. In this instance they can apply for judicial separation or enter into a separation agreement to resolve any outstanding financial issues.

Our Family Law Team can advise you in relation to your rights and can act for you in relation to your divorce or separation.

For more information on divorce or to book an initial meeting with one of our Solicitors, please contact our Family Law Team on 020 3096 7500 or email info@pcm-law.net.
