Will Drafting service
The purpose of a Will is to outline the intentions of the writer with regard to their affairs after
death, in
particular their financial affairs. In many cases the way a Will is drafted is vital to ensure that the liability
to tax of the deceased's estate is minimised. However a Will can cover many other areas including:
- Appointment of Executors
- Distribution of Assets
- Arrangements for Children

Executing the Will
Following a person's death it is necessary for the terms of their Will to be carried out by their executor,
and for their estate to be distributed according to their wishes. If there is no Will ('died intestate'), an administrator
is appointed and the assets must be distributed according to the "Intestacy Rules". Either
way the affairs must
be closed down and an assessment of Inheritance Tax liability is usually required.
The role of the executor can be complex and time consuming and often falls to people with no experience
of the process and at the most difficult of times. We offer comprehensive professional help delivered in a
compassionate and sensitive manner to ensure that the process is correctly and expertly handled.
