Mortgages and Remortgages

We ensure that mortgages and remortgages are processed quickly and efficiently. Working closely with mortgage brokers, building societies, and other property professionals, this level of teamwork and cooperation ensures that our clients are kept fully informed throughout the course of such transactions. We aim always to minimize the level of stress in an otherwise difficult financial climate.

Lease Extensions

Where a person has owned a leasehold property for at least two years, the law affords that person the right to extend their lease. The cost of extending leases under these circumstances is laid down by legislation, which is designed to protect property owners from unscrupulous landlords. This might be of interest when offering a property for sale as a lease extension may increase the property's marketability and value. We offer expert advice in relation to lease extensions.

Home Information Packs

A Home Information Pack ("HIP") is no longer required when offering a property for sale, however the Energy Performance Certificate which it included is still required, to give prospective buyers information about the energy performance of the home.
